# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
02 - Whisk in granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Sift flour, matcha powder, and salt over the mixture. Stir gently until just incorporated.
04 - Fold in white miso paste to create a marbled effect. Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until set but still fudgy. Let cool completely before slicing.
05 - Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until thick and smooth.
